- Returns & Exchanges Due to the traditional, sacred, and consumable nature of our puja products (such as Sambrani, Vibuthi, Santhanam, Vilaku Thiri, Camphor, and Arakaja), items once opened or used are not eligible for return.
We accept returns or replacements ONLY under the following circumstances:
- You received a physically damaged or leaking package upon arrival.
- You received an incorrect item or missing product from your order.
- Reporting an Issue To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect order:
- You must notify our team within 48 hours of order delivery.
- Please send clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label and damaged product to our support contact.
- Refund Process
- Once your request is verified and approved, a refund will be initiated back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or NetBanking).
- Refunds typically reflect in your original bank account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking timelines.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via UPI or direct bank transfer upon verification.
